Dental Elite are recruiting for an Associate Dentist to join a busy, well-established 7-surgery mixed practice in Loughborough.
This is an excellent growth opportunity created as existing clinicians reduce their NHS commitments due to increasing private demand. The role would suit either an FD/newly qualified Dentist or an experienced Associate, with excellent clinical support and significant scope to develop private income.
About the Role
- Days Available: Wednesday, Thursday & Friday
- UDA Allocation: Up to 3,000 UDAs
- UDA Rate: £12.50–£13 per UDA
- Private Split: 45%
- Established and well-managed patient diaries
- Excellent opportunity to develop private dentistry alongside NHS
- FD Trainer on site with coaching and mentorship available
- Sponsorship may be available for suitable candidates
Ideal Candidate
- Open to FD/newly qualified and experienced Dentists
- Confident delivering general NHS and private dentistry
- Keen to develop private income and clinical skills

Requirements
- GDC registered Dentist
- NHS Performer Number or appropriate pathway/support for newly qualified candidates
