Gym Assistant – Snap Fitness

We're looking for an enthusiastic, friendly and motivated Gym Assistant to join our team at Snap Fitness.

The Role
As a Gym Assistant, you'll play an important role in the day-to-day running of the club, delivering exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming environment for all members.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming members and providing outstanding customer service.
- Conducting gym tours and supporting new member inductions.
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout the club.
- Assisting with the day-to-day running of the gym.
- Promoting memberships.
- Creating a positive and motivating environment for all members.
- Supporting club events and member engagement activities.
- Completing general administrative duties as required.
- Content creation
About You
- Passionate about fitness and helping others achieve their goals.
- Level 2 Gym Instructor qualification (or equivalent) is essential.
- Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification is desirable but not essential
- Up to date First Aid Certificate.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Positive, proactive and reliable.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in the fitness industry is essential.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including some evenings and weekends, as required.
