NEXACARRT DIGITAL LTD is seeking to recruit two skilled IT Technicians to support the company’s expanding digital operations and ensure the efficient management of its IT infrastructure. As the business continues to grow and increase its reliance on digital systems, these roles are essential in maintaining secure, reliable, and high-performing technology services across the organisation.
The successful candidates will be responsible for installing, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting computer hardware, software, operating systems, and network equipment. They will provide technical support to staff, diagnose and resolve IT issues, maintain user accounts and system access, monitor system performance, carry out routine maintenance and software updates, and ensure data security procedures are followed.
The role also includes setting up workstations and IT equipment, maintaining backup and recovery systems, supporting cloud-based applications, monitoring cybersecurity measures, documenting technical issues and resolutions, liaising with third-party IT suppliers where necessary, and assisting with the implementation of new technologies to improve business efficiency. The IT Technicians will work closely with management to ensure the company’s digital infrastructure remains secure, reliable, and capable of supporting future business growth.

Person Specification
The ideal candidates should have:
- Experience in IT support, systems administration, or technical support roles.
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, operating systems, and networking.
- Experience troubleshooting technical issues and providing end-user support.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, cloud services, and network infrastructure.
- Understanding of cybersecurity principles, system backups, and data protection.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and organisational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team while managing multiple technical tasks.
