We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic and reliable Trainee Dental Nurse to join our team at uSmile Dental Practice in Porthcawl.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start a career in dentistry. Previous dental experience is not required, as full training and support will be provided while you work towards a recognised Dental Nursing qualification.
The role
Working alongside our dentists and experienced dental team, you will learn all aspects of dental nursing, including:
- Assisting dentists during a wide range of treatments
- Preparing surgeries and dental instruments
- Maintaining excellent standards of cleanliness and infection control
- Supporting and reassuring patients throughout their appointments
- Sterilising and maintaining instruments and equipment
- Updating patient records
- Helping with the smooth day-to-day running of the practice
- Occasionally supporting our reception team when required
