Role : GERMAN SPEAKING- CUSTOMER SEVICE ADVISOR
Location: ST15 AREA
Hours: 37.5hrs per week. Monday to Friday. ( Hybrid Mon & Friday)
Pay: £28K

The Role
- Opportunity to use and develop bilingual (German/English) skills
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience across all communication channels
- Manage orders, enquiries, and service requests with accuracy and professionalism
- Prioritise, organise, and process all customer requests within agreed timeframes
- Take full ownership of customer issues, ensuring efficient and effective resolution
- Communicate confidently with colleagues at all levels, as well as external partners such as couriers and logistics providers
- Maintain accurate records and ensure all information is processed correctly
- Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Confident IT skills, including Microsoft Office
- Ability to work flexibly, accurately, and collaboratively as part of a team
- Genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences
- Desirable: Experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (training provided)
The Requirements
- Fluent German language skills, including professional/business communication
- Proven experience delivering high‑quality customer service
- German English (written and spoken)
- Confident IT skills, including Microsoft Office
