Multi Trader / Multi-Skilled Maintenance Operative – Full Time
We are looking for a reliable and experienced Multi Trader / Multi-Skilled Maintenance Operative to join our team on a full-time basis.
This is a mobile role, travelling to different sites across West London, Heathrow, Surrey, Twickenham, Acton and surrounding areas. You will need to be comfortable working independently and, at times, alongside another member of the team.
This is a 5-day-a-week, full-time position with guaranteed work.
The Role
You will be attending different properties and sites to carry out general maintenance, repairs and installation work. You must be able to manage your workload, attend jobs on time and complete work within the required timeframes while maintaining a good standard of workmanship.
Typical work will include:
- Basic plumbing – changing sinks, taps and fittings
- Draining down and changing radiators
- Replacing radiator valves and carrying out minor plumbing repairs
- Basic electrical work – changing extractor fans, light switches, light fittings and similar items
- Basic plastering – installing thermal/plaster boards and skimming over
- Minor brickwork and general repairs
- Carpentry – fitting and replacing skirting boards and carrying out basic carpentry work
- Applying silicone and sealant around windows, bathrooms and other areas
- General property maintenance and repair work
What We’re Looking For
The successful candidate must:
- Have good experience across several trades
- Be confident carrying out jobs without constant supervision
- Be able to work alone as well as part of a two-person team when required
- Be reliable, punctual and organised
- Be able to complete jobs within agreed timeframes
- Have good problem-solving skills
- Take pride in producing clean and professional work
- Be comfortable travelling between different sites throughout the working day
- Have their own reliable means of transport
Working Area
Jobs are mainly located around:
Surrey | Heathrow | West London | Twickenham | Acton | and surrounding areas
Fuel arrangements are available for candidates travelling from outside the Surrey area and can be discussed further.
Job Type

We are looking for someone dependable who can turn their hand to a range of maintenance jobs and is happy working on the road from site to site.
