Thrifted Ltd is one of the leading retailers of vintage clothing in the UK. Focusing predominantly on 90s and 2000s era branded clothing & styles for both men & women. Thrifted is focused on providing fashion first vintage at scale and at affordable price points. Based in Hackney Wick - Thrifted sells its clothing largely through its own website - thrifted.com, but also through ebay and events.
We are looking to establish a relationship with a freelancer who understands the vintage market ideally both in the UK and US, as well as of course content creation.
Role title: Digital Content Creator
Summary:
Thrifted are looking for a confident individual who can create video based content for our advertising creative, viral content for Tiktok and Instagram reels.
Applicants must be up to date on all current trends, and have an interest in fashion.
The content creator will be expected to generate their own content to a high standard befitting the brand, be creative and consistently deliver innovative content that hits trends and drives views.
The role:
The role of content creator is an important one, with Thrifted largely being a digital business and social media platforms pushing high quality video content as a priority across feeds and advertising.
Areas of responsibility:
Instagram and Tiktok content
- Come up with strategy for what content should be made
- Create & edit video content on a weekly basis to upsell product and different parts of the brand.
- Create ad creative / video content for meta / tiktok
- Create SKITS / fun social content
- Create educational clips / videos around the vintage / thrifting genre
Advert content
- Work to Thrifted specification in creating content for digital advertising. Such as:
- Unboxing videos
- Style & Fit videos
- Come up with new ideas for digital adverts

- Agreed day rate or content piece rate - from £150 per day, invoiced monthly.
