Are you an experienced cleaner looking for a varied role where every day is different?
Due to continued growth, we are looking for a reliable and flexible Mobile Cleaning Cover Operative to join our fantastic team covering client sites across the Thurrock area.
As part of our Mobile Cleaning Team, you'll travel to different locations providing cleaning cover for holidays, sickness absence and emergency staffing requirements, ensuring our clients continue to receive the high standards they expect from 3Way.
What you'll be doing
As one of our Mobile Cleaning Cover Operatives, you will:
Provide high-quality commercial cleaning across a variety of client sites.
Cover planned holidays, sickness absence and emergency shifts.
Travel between different client locations throughout the Thurrock area.
Maintain excellent cleaning standards and attention to detail.
Represent 3Way professionally at all times.
Report any site issues or concerns to your Area Manager.
Working Hours
16 contracted hours per week.
Hours and locations will vary depending on business requirements.
Additional hours and overtime may be available.
Essential Requirements
*Previous commercial cleaning experience.
*Full UK driving licence.
*Own reliable vehicle.
*Valid MOT.
*Business use motor insurance.
*Excellent reliability and timekeeping.
*Ability to work independently and use your own initiative.
*A positive, flexible and professional attitude.
What We Offer
£14.40 per hour.
Business mileage paid at 55p per mile.
28 days' holiday per year (pro rata, including bank holidays).
