Responsibilities
- Support residents or clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance

- Help with household tasks including meal preparation, light cleaning, and medication reminders
- Maintain clear communication with team members, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care
- Use IT systems to document care activities accurately and efficiently
- Drive or accompany clients on outings or appointments as needed to support their independence
Requirements
- Valid driving license and ability to drive safely when required for home care duties
- Previous experience working in a care home environment or providing home care is preferred but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
- Basic IT skills to update electronic care records and documentation
- Strong communication skills to interact empathetically with clients, families, and team members
- Knowledge of care plans and procedures to deliver personalized support effectively
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings or weekends as needed
