About the role
As a Support Worker/Care Worker, you will provide person-centred care and support to individuals, helping them maintain their dignity, independence and wellbeing.
Your duties may include:
- Supporting with personal care and daily living activities
- Providing emotional and practical support
- Assisting with meals and household tasks
- Supporting service users with their individual care plans
- Maintaining accurate records
- Following safeguarding and health & safety procedures
About you
We are looking for caring, reliable and responsible individuals who:
- Have previous care/support work experience or are willing to learn
- Have good communication skills
- Are compassionate and patient
- Can work independently and as part of a team
- Have the right to work in the UK
- Can provide the required compliance documents and references
Enhanced DBS and relevant training are preferred, depending on the role.
