We are seeking Support Workers to support our service users in their own property in Stourbridge
Complesso offers a competitive salary of £12.75 per hour and we're seeking dedication candidates to provide support to a service user living with Autism & Learning Disabilities.
Hours: full time/ part time vacancy available - must be able to work between 07:00am- 22:30pm
You will be required to work alternative weekends

Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting individuals within their own homes.
- Supporting a service user with Autism & Learning Diabilities
- Support with aspects of personal care, medication needs, meal prep and any manual handling
- Support with life skills, social activities and medical appointments
Required from you:
- Right to work in the UK (required) without needing sponsorship
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Hold a full UK Driving Licence and Vehicle- Preferred not essential
- Ability to pass a background check
- Be strong willed and passionate
- Experience required
- A passion for supporting individuals
- Flexibility working hours and be able to work weekends
