Dental Nurse (Qualified or Trainee)
Gray's Inn Dental – King's Cross, London
We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic and motivated Qualified or Trainee Dental Nurse to join our growing team at our modern mixed NHS and private dental practice.
Our practice is conveniently located within walking distance of King's Cross Station and Chancery Lane Station, making it easily accessible.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive team where you'll gain experience across a wide range of NHS and private dentistry while developing your clinical and professional skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during a wide range of dental procedures.
- Prepare surgeries and ensure all instruments and materials are ready before each patient.
- Provide excellent patient care before, during and after treatment.
- Maintain accurate patient records using the practice management software.
- Clean, disinfect and sterilise instruments in accordance with infection control guidelines.
- Keep surgeries fully stocked, organised and prepared throughout the day.
- Support the team in maintaining a clean, safe and welcoming environment for patients.
- Work closely with the dentists, hygienists and reception team to deliver an excellent patient experience.
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
- A qualified or trainee Dental Nurse.
- Friendly, reliable and well presented.
- Organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Able to work well both independently and as part of a team.
- Passionate about patient care.
- Comfortable working in a busy dental practice.
- Previous experience in a dental practice is desirable but not essential for the right candidate.
