About the Role
121 Cleaning Services is seeking a committed and proactive Cleaning Supervisor to support multiple sites including schools, clubs, commercial venues, and event spaces. This role suits someone who enjoys varied work, can adapt to changing priorities, and takes pride in maintaining high cleaning standards.
You will work across several locations, supervise cleaning teams, carry out hands-on cleaning tasks, complete floor scrubs, support window cleaning rounds, and provide cover when required.
Weekly Work Pattern
Monday: Day off
Tuesday: Day off
(2pm-8pm) Wednesday: School checks, extras, and cover availability until
(8am-4pm) Thursday: Club Supervisor (clean or supervise depending on floors), then assist with window cleaning round
(6am-6pm) Friday: Rugby Club, Club Supervisor duties, windows, school standards check
(8am - 4pm) Saturday: Club Supervisor & Car workshop floor scrubs (8am–4pm)
(6am - 2pm) Sunday: Rugby Club, Club Supervisor, pub cover, floor scrubs (6am–2pm)
Key Responsibilities
- Supervising cleaning teams across multiple sites
- Carrying out cleaning duties to a high standard
- Completing floor scrubs and periodic tasks
- Supporting window cleaning rounds
- Checking standards at schools and clubs
- Providing cover when required
- Ensuring safe working practices and adherence to company procedures
- Communicating effectively with your manager and team
Pay & Benefits
- £13.50 per hour – 42-hour contract (£567/week)
- Overtime paid at your standard hourly rate for any cover that takes you over 42 hours
- 20 days holiday + bank holidays (option to work bank holidays at 1.5x pay)
- Supervisor pay run may be up to the 15th of the month (rare, but possible)
- Opportunities to support Dreamland events for additional hours
- Full support from your direct manager
- 1 Bank holiday must be worked
