Job Purpose
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Production Operative to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a vital part in our seed germination and packing processes, ensuring our products are grown, harvested, and packed to the highest safety and quality standards before they hit supermarket shelves.
Key Responsibilities
Production & Operations
- Cultivation: Efficiently carry out the planting and harvesting of sprouted seed products.
- Machinery Operation: Safely and correctly operate food production and packaging equipment according to company guidelines.
- Packing & Palletising: Pack finished products efficiently and build/wrap pallets ready for distribution.
- Workflow: Ensure daily production tasks are completed accurately and according to the schedule.
Quality, Hygiene & Safety
- Perform thorough clean-downs of equipment and workspaces to maintain strict BRC food safety standards.
- Maintain excellent hygiene and tidiness across all production areas.
- Follow all health, safety, and food hygiene procedures diligently.
- Carry out routine quality checks and accurately complete required production and compliance paperwork.

Pay: £12.21-£14.00 per hour
