Stonyhurst College is seeking a talented, organised and creative Marketing Officer to cover Maternity Leave for a minimum of 6 months. You will support the planning, coordination and delivery of impactful marketing campaigns that promote Stonyhurst College and Stonyhurst St Mary's Hall to prospective families and key stakeholders.

The Role
Reporting to the Offline Marketing Manager, you will support the implementation of the annual marketing plan through campaign planning, market research, competitor analysis and performance evaluation.
The role has a particular focus on offline marketing activity including:
- Media planning and advertising
- Press and editorial activity
- Direct mail and door drop campaigns
- Events and sponsorships
- Printed collateral and branded merchandise
- Integrated marketing campaigns across offline and digital channels
Working collaboratively with colleagues across the school and external suppliers, you will help ensure marketing activity is delivered on time, within budget and in line with strategic objectives.
About You
We're looking for an enthusiastic and proactive marketing professional with a passion for delivering high-quality campaigns and communications.
You will have:
- Degree-level education or equivalent
- At least three years' experience in a marketing or communications role
- Proven experience planning and delivering integrated marketing campaigns
- Excellent marketing, organisational and project management skills
- Outstanding written communication skills, including copywriting, editing and proofreading
- Experience managing multiple projects and competing priorities
- Experience working with agencies, suppliers and external partners
- Strong analytical skills and experience evaluating campaign performance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
You will also be:
- A confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Able to build effective relationships across a wide range of stakeholders
- A collaborative team player who can also work independently
- Flexible, adaptable and able to work effectively under pressure
Desirable Experience
