Job Overview
Noya Motor Group is looking for an experienced and customer focused Aftersales Manager to oversee our Aftersales department and ensure excellent customer service throughout the ownership journey.
You will be responsible for managing customer enquiries and complaints, coordinating repairs, liaising with workshops and warranty providers, and ensuring cases are resolved efficiently and professionally.
Duties
- Oversee the Aftersales department, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and support.
- Implement strategies for upselling additional products and services to enhance customer experience and increase revenue.
- Develop and maintain organisational systems to track customer interactions, feedback, and follow-up actions.
- Utilise software tools to analyse customer data and identify trends, enabling proactive engagement with clients.
- Ensure adherence to phone etiquette standards while handling customer inquiries and complaints.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues swiftly and efficiently, ensuring a seamless experience for customers.
- Maintain a multilingual approach to cater to diverse clientele, enhancing accessibility and communication.
Experience
- Proven experience in sales management or a similar role within the Aftersales environment.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; bilingual or multilingual capabilities are highly desirable.
- Familiarity with sales software and CRM systems is an advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to upsell products effectively while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.
