Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will ensure our clients’ environments are safe, welcoming, and impeccably maintained.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of commercial premises, including floors, windows, restrooms, and common areas using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies
- Follow established cleaning protocols to ensure all areas meet health and safety standards
- Handle waste disposal and recycling procedures efficiently and responsibly
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and attention to detail in all cleaning tasks
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly
- Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times to ensure a safe working environment
Experience
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial roles is preferred but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment is advantageous
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness
- Strong attention to detail with a proactive attitude toward maintaining hygiene standards
- Good physical stamina to perform cleaning duties that may involve standing, bending, or lifting for extended periods
Pay: £13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 2.5 per week
