The Opportunity
The Tea Room at Castle Kennedy Gardens is looking for enthusiastic, friendly and customer-focused individuals to join our team.

Previous experience in a café, tea room, restaurant or similar customer-facing role is preferred but not essential. Full training will be provided for the right candidates.
Key Responsibilities
Your duties will include:
- Welcoming and serving customers in the Tea Room.
- Providing friendly, efficient and attentive customer service.
- Preparing and serving a range of hot and cold drinks, light meals and cakes.
- Taking customer orders and ensuring they are prepared and served to a high standard.
- Maintaining a clean, tidy and organised Tea Room and service area.
- Following food hygiene, health & safety and cleanliness standards.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure smooth day-to-day service.
- Assisting with other Tea Room and wider site duties as required.
