You will
- Manage and maintain accurate records and documentation organisationally
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to enquiries promptly and professionally
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence as required
- Organise meetings including webinars
- Generate reports to support the team
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communication channels with professionalism
- Support ad hoc administrative tasks as needed
