Develop and implement strategic marketing plans for all properties within the R.E.M Residential portfolio

Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify target demographics and create targeted marketing campaigns

Collaborate with the sales team to develop promotional materials and sales collateral

Manage social media channels, create compelling and engaging content, and monitor and respond to online reviews and inquiries

Plan and execute events and community outreach initiatives to increase brand awareness and attract potential residents

Generate and analyze reports on marketing campaigns and make recommendations for improvements

Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing initiatives

Monitor and track marketing budget and expenses

Stay up-to-date with marketing trends and techniques and provide recommendations for implementation
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

2+ years of experience in marketing with a focus on real estate or property management

Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing marketing strategies

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines

Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box

Proficient in social media management and analytical tools

Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
Salary: $89,000-$98,000 per year
