We're looking for compassionate and resilient individuals to join our brand-new therapeutic children's home and day services in Capenhurst.

At Embrace Care, we provide high-quality therapeutic residential care for children and young people with emotional, social and behavioural needs. Every day and night, our team helps create the stability, consistency and care for children and young people.
What You'll Be Doing:
As a Bank Support Worker, you'll help ensure our young people are safe, settled and supported throughout the day or night.
Responsibilities include:
- Conducting regular welfare and safety checks
- Supporting children who wake during the night
- Managing incidents calmly and professionally
- Maintaining accurate records and reports
- Supporting with personal care where required
- Ensuring the home remains secure and well-presented
- Handing over effectively to the day team
- Shifts are 8am till 10pm or 10pm until 8am

- Children's or adult's residential care
- Youth work
- Mental health support
- Care and support services
You'll also have:
