We are currently seeking a reliable and hard working Cleaning Operative to join our team, responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness in the communal areas of residential apartment blocks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain communal areas including entrances, hallways, staircases, lifts and bin stores.
- Dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping and wiping down surfaces.
- Reporting maintainance or safety issues to management.
- Good communication to report any issues via telephone.
Requirements:
- Previous cleaning experience preferred
- Ability to work as part of a team or independently with attention to detail.
- Good time management and reliability
- Friendly, professional attitude towards residents and team members.
- Must be eligible to work in UK.

Monday to Friday 30 hours per week.
Mobile cleaner travelling in a company van with another member of our team.
Start times 7.30am and finish 2pm approx. May be required to work longer on some days when necessary.
Candidate must be able to get to a meeting point in Belfast each morning to be picked up by another member of our team.
Must have a minimum of 2 years driving experience for company van insurance.
