Hair Aesthetics Club is seeking an experienced and motivated Barber to join our growing team in Dudley. This opportunity is suited to a barber who is passionate about delivering high-quality grooming services and building lasting client relationships within a professional salon environment.
Operating on a self-employed chair rental basis, this role offers the flexibility to manage your own diary while benefiting from the support, facilities and reputation of an established business.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a range of barbering and grooming services, including:
- Skin fades
- Scissor cuts
- Beard shaping
- Traditional barbering services
- Consult with clients to understand their styling and grooming requirements
- Provide professional advice on hair care, styling and maintenance
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and professionalism
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Stay up to date with current barbering trends, techniques and products
Requirements
The successful candidate will have:
- Proven experience working as a Barber
- Strong barbering and grooming skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- A professional appearance and positive attitude
- The ability to work independently as well as part of a wider team
- Fluent English communication skills
- An existing clientele (preferred but not essential)
- A willingness to continue learning and developing within the industry
