We are looking for an experienced Multi-Trader with a strong background in wet room installations to join our growing team working within social housing and local authority properties across North London.
The successful candidate must be capable of managing the entire installation process, from initial strip-out through to final completion, including all finishing works, silicone application, and final clean, ensuring the wet room is ready for resident use. Electrical works will be undertaken by others.
Due to the vulnerable nature of many residents, previous experience working in occupied social housing properties is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Full bathroom and wet room strip-out and installation
- Carpentry, plumbing, tiling, patch plastering, and finishing works
- Silicone sealing and final snagging
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and professional working environment
- Working respectfully within occupied properties
Essential Requirements
- Proven experience in wet room and bathroom installations
- Skilled CSCS Blue Card
- Experience working within Local Authority and Social Housing properties
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent workmanship and attention to detail
- Own 110v or battery-powered tools
- Own transport
- Valid Asbestos Awareness Certificate

- Current DBS Certificate
