Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a variety of short order dishes in accordance with menu specifications and customer preferences.
- Ensure all food is prepared promptly, maintaining high standards of quality, presentation, and taste.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Assist in meal preparation during busy periods, supporting the overall efficiency of the kitchen team.
- Follow food safety procedures diligently, including proper storage, handling, and sanitation practices.
- Serve meals to customers in a courteous and professional manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Manage stock levels and notify management when supplies need replenishing or are running low.
Skills
- Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and meal preparation processes.

Pay: £12.71-£13.50 per hour
