We are looking for COOKS & SERVERS of all levels for our busy summer of festivals.
We are ‘BAIT’ a cajun Surf'n'Turf street food business operating across the UKs festivals and events.
The job role will be ideal for someone with Street food / Chef experience, with a passion for food, great organisational skills and who wants to be part of a small team.
We would love to have someone who is genuinely excited by food and gets to work at some of the busiest festivals and events across England.

THE ROLE
This is a unique opportunity for an individual who is passionate about food and working in a fast-paced environment, located at the biggest festivals across the UK.
The role will be very flexible, and you may be required to work on all aspects of the operation from serving customers, to cooking and preparing food. Although its not essential to be a chef, a good understanding of hospitality would be really beneficial for this role.
Although experience with this would be highly desirable, training will be given.

ARE YOU THE NEXT FESTIVAL WARRIOR?
Street food chef / Hospitality / Customer service experience is preferred
Good experience with both traders and customers
Friendly, personable with a hands-on approach to work
A genuine desire to succeed and drive
Passionate about joining a small company
Well organised, diligent and professional
