We are looking for a chef with experience to join our growing business, either a current CDP looking for a new challenge or a Commis looking to step up. Someone who is confident, calm under pressure and works well in a small team. Working alongside our Head Chef and kitchen team, you will support in delivering quality, wholesome food over our trading week.
The role is predominately for breakfast and lunch with one evening a week.

The Role:
- Cooks, prepares and presents all orders according to spec
- Kitchen experience or culinary education necessary
- Flexible shifts working 5 over 7 with 2 days off mainly daytime hours with one evening a week
- Maintaining high standard and able to work to tight timelines
- Keep clean, tidy and organised to retain our 5* hygiene
- Help to build the seasonal menu and ideas for specials
- Support with "Pop" up evenings
