About PASS Ltd
PASS Ltd is a specialist modular building installation company operating throughout the UK and Ireland.
Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of projects, we are looking for experienced Modular Building Installers to join our expanding teams.
We work with some of the leading companies within the modular building industry, carrying out projects ranging from small installations through to large, complex multi-storey modular buildings.
The Role
As a Modular Building Installer, you will be involved in:
- Installation and dismantling of modular buildings
- CTX, Moduflex, Prima and other modular building systems
- Building and preparation of modular units
- Multi-storey modular installations
- Staircases, stair pods, walkways, fascia and associated components
- Internal and external finishing works
- Snagging and alterations
- Working alongside crane and HIAB operations
- Following RAMS and site-specific health & safety requirements
- Working as part of an experienced installation team
- Travelling throughout the UK and occasionally Ireland
What We're Looking For
Previous modular building installation experience is highly desirable.
Relevant qualifications include:
- CSCS Card
- NVQ Level 2 in Modular Building Installation or relevant trade
- NVQ Level 3 Supervisor – advantageous
- CPCS / NPORS / ALLMI Slinger Signaller – advantageous
- IPAF – advantageous
- SSSTS / SMSTS – advantageous
- First Aid – advantageous
- Full UK Driving Licence preferred
You should be reliable, hardworking and comfortable working away from home when required.
