Overview
We are seeking professional and vigilant SIA Door Supervisors to ensure the safety and security of our premises, staff, and visitors. The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, a keen eye for detail, and a strong commitment to maintaining a secure environment. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic setting where your responsibilities will be vital in safeguarding assets and preventing incidents. Responsibilities
- Monitor and control access points to the venue, ensuring only authorised individuals enter
- Conduct regular surveillance using CCTV systems to observe activity within the premises
- Enforce venue policies and procedures in a professional manner
- Respond promptly to incidents or emergencies, including providing first aid when necessary
- Maintain a visible presence to deter potential troublemakers and ensure a safe environment
- Record incident reports accurately and report any security concerns to management
- Assist with crowd control during events or busy periods, ensuring smooth flow of visitors
Qualifications
- Valid SIA Door Supervisor licence is a non negotiable
- First aid certification is preferred but not mandatory; training can be provided if necessary
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Professional appearance and demeanour with strong organisational skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, or special events as required

Pay: £13.50-£16.00 per hour
