A tutor required to teach English to Primary and Secondary School students. Full knowledge of the GCSE (Grade 9 to 1) National Curriculum is desirable. Some teaching experience is essential.
Ideal for candidates who could start immediately. Please note that this is not a Summer Job but a long term opportunity.
Very good results at GCSE and A' Levels are also essential.
This position is for a maximum of 6 hours as follows:
Saturday mornings - 2 hrs (9.00 am to 11. am)
Wednesdays and Fridays - 2 hours (6.00 pm to 8.00 pm)
Candidates must be able to take up all the stated hours.
The successful candidate will require a very strong English background, preferably with a degree in English , Maths or Science or studying for one.
A Disclosure and Barring Check (DBS check) will be required for the successful candidate, the cost of which will be met by the candidate.
Candidates studying English at University or at A' Level are welcome to apply. Must be based in Leicester within close proximity to our address or be able to commute easily.
