Duties
- Prepare and cook high-quality meals in accordance with established recipes and menu specifications.
- Ensure all food safety regulations are adhered to, maintaining a clean and organised kitchen environment.
- Collaborate with management to develop new menu items that reflect current food trends and customer preferences.
- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, placing orders as necessary to ensure uninterrupted kitchen operations.
- Maintain a positive team atmosphere by fostering open communication and collaboration among kitchen staff
