We are a busy GP practice located in the vibrant part of Islington, close to Angel tube station.
We are seeking an experienced Practice Based Pharmacist with at least two years working at a GP practice. You must be a prescriber for this role.
We are ideally looking for a person to work Full-time, however a Part-time post may be considered for the right candidate.
You must be experienced in the management of Long-term conditions and QoF, as well as medicine management.
The offer:
Salary: £50Kpa (F/T)
Annual leave: 5 weeks
Pension: NHS Pension
Some remote working possible.
The successful candidate will assist the practice with its medicine management targets and also processing of repeat medication and other KPI that we have.
You will be employed by the practice directly and not via a PCN or other Federation body.
