Print and Cut Operator
Sticker it is looking for an ambitious, hard-working person to manufacture beautiful stickers, learn quickly, and develop within a rapidly growing company.
We work tirelessly every day to create the world’s best custom products that are of the highest quality. Alongside this, we aim to have the most enjoyable shopping experience, so these products are accessible to everyone, all at a reasonable price.
Your main responsibilities will largely revolve around operating and maintaining the print and production machinery, along with checking and packaging the products; a very good eye for detail is therefore vital.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is willing to learn, develop new skills and enjoys multitasking as juggling jobs under pressure is regular. With Sticker it being a small business run by the owners, personal growth opportunities are constant for people looking to go the extra mile.
With production never stopping, you will be joining a small team dedicated to delivering beautiful world-class stickers. Sticker it is growing quickly, and we are looking for someone to help increase our production capacity. This means at the start of your training you’ll be working alongside the production team to learn, and over time, as you become comfortable, we’ll move your shift to nights.

Skills/ Qualities
- Past experience operating print machinery is desirable but not essential if you’re willing to learn
- Desire to always improve
- Ability to work to tight deadlines

Role details
- Full-time, Permanent
- Start date: As soon as possible
- Shift: 8 hour shift, Monday to Friday (early mornings - details below)
- Timings: Starting during the day (8am - 4pm), then moving to the early shift
- Location: Bristol, BS4 1ET
Shift timings
- Early shift: 4am - 12 mid day
