Are you patient, caring and passionate about helping people live more independently?
We’re looking for friendly and reliable Support Workers to join our team in Rhondda Cynon Taff. You’ll support individuals with their day-to-day lives, helping them build confidence, develop new skills and enjoy greater independence.
No two days are the same. You may be supporting someone with daily routines, social activities, appointments, meal preparation, medication or simply being there to listen and offer encouragement.

What we’re looking for
You don’t necessarily need previous care experience. What matters most is that you are:
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Kind, patient and respectful
- Reliable and able to work as part of a team
- A good communicator
- Positive and encouraging
- Comfortable supporting people with different needs
- Committed to promoting choice, dignity and independence
Your role may include
- Supporting people with daily routines and personal care
- Helping with meals, medication and household tasks
- Supporting individuals to attend appointments and activities
- Encouraging independence and the development of life skills
- Building positive, trusting relationships
- Keeping clear and accurate support records
Essential requirements
- Applicants must have the legal right to work in the UK
- Sponsorship is not available for this role
- An enhanced DBS check will be required
