- Drive between different locations when required for home care visits, ensuring timely and reliable support

Requirements
- Valid driving license with reliable access to a vehicle for travel between care settings or client homes
- Previous experience working in a care home or providing home care services is highly desirable
- Ability to understand and follow detailed care plans effectively
- Proficiency in English for clear communication with clients, families, and team members
- Basic IT skills for updating electronic records and documentation accurately
