Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Executive to join our team. This is a hands-on role suited to someone with experience across e-commerce, email marketing, social media, content creation and campaign execution. The successful candidate will support the delivery of seasonal and product-led campaigns, help improve the customer journey, create engaging content and assist with growing brand awareness and revenue across key marketing channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the planning, building and scheduling of email marketing campaigns using Klaviyo, ensuring activity aligns with the wider marketing calendar and key trading periods.
- Assist with growing the email database and supporting automated email flows to help improve customer engagement, repeat purchase rate, customer lifetime value and revenue.
- Work with internal teams to create relevant media for paid ads, including but not limited to META and Pinterest.
- Support the merchandising of websites and apps in line with sales data, seasonal demand, product priorities and customer behaviour.
- Work with IT and UX teams to help brief website changes, product page updates and customer journey improvements.
- Use GA4, sales data and customer feedback to assist with recommendations to improve onsite conversion, basket value and the overall customer experience.
- Write product descriptions, website copy, campaign copy and social captions, ensuring content is engaging, accurate and aligned with the brand.
- Support with product uploads where required, ensuring product information, imagery and pricing are correct.
- Assist with product development by reviewing customer feedback, reviews, sales data and seasonal gifting trends.
- Support the planning and execution of product launches, seasonal campaigns and peak trading activity across channels.
- Coordinate with internal and external teams, including design, PR, photography, video, IT, UX and ecommerce, to help deliver campaign activity successfully.
- Brief seasonal and product-specific artwork requirements to the design team, including print, website, email and social assets.
- Help plan and coordinate seasonal and product-specific photo and video shoots with the in-house photographer and external video team.
- Support the creation and execution of the social media strategy across TikTok, Instagram and Facebook.
- Plan, create and schedule engaging social content for both Prestige Flowers and Hampers, with a focus on organic growth, community building and supporting the wider campaign calendar.
- Support the planning and delivery of weekly TikTok Lives for both Prestige Flowers and Hampers to promote product launches, seasonal campaigns and brand engagement.
- Coordinate TikTok affiliate creators, helping to ensure content is brand-appropriate and supports TikTok Shop GMV growth.
- Support weekly reporting across sales, email, website, app and social performance, identifying key learnings and opportunities for improvement.
- Work towards KPIs set by the Head of Brand.
Key Skills & Experience:
- 2+ years experience in a marketing, ecommerce, CRM, or social media role.
- 1+ year experience using Klaviyo or a similar email marketing platform.
- Good understanding of ecommerce, customer journeys and online merchandising.
- Confident using data and analytics tools such as GA4 to support recommendations.
- Strong copywriting skills across product descriptions, website copy, email and social content.
- Experience supporting or executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Good understanding of TikTok, Instagram and Facebook.
- Comfortable creating content, hosting TikTok Lives and working with creators or affiliates.
- Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Creative, commercially aware and confident working in a fast-paced ecommerce environment.
