Duties
- As Senior Stylist and Salon Manager, you will:
- Deliver exceptional hairdressing and client experiences.

- Lead, motivate, and develop our talented team.
- Oversee day-to-day salon operations, scheduling, and client relations.
- Drive sales, marketing initiatives, and community engagement.
- Maintain our high standards of service, presentation, and professionalism.
- About You
You'll be a confident and creative stylist with strong leadership skills and a passion for business. You have:
- 5+ years' experience as a qualified stylist (with colour, cutting, and styling expertise).
- Previous management or senior team experience in a salon setting.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- A genuine desire to grow with a business and help it thrive.
- A proactive, hands-on approach - you lead by example.
