Pink Tile Education is supporting a well-established SEND school in Gosport that caters for pupils with Autism, ADHD, Speech and Language Needs and moderate learning difficulties.
The school is seeking a passionate Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant to join their team from September 2026 and support pupils both academically and emotionally.
- Providing classroom support for pupils with SEND
- Delivering targeted interventions under teacher guidance
- Supporting communication, social skills and emotional wellbeing
- Building positive relationships with pupils and staff
- Assisting with behaviour support and learning engagement
- Supporting pupils to achieve positive educational outcomes
- A Psychology graduate or final-year Psychology student
- A strong interest in SEND and additional learning needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Empathy, patience and a willingness to learn
- Previous experience supporting children or vulnerable individuals is desirable
- £14.25 per hour
- Full-time position from September 2026
- Term-time only employment
