About the Role
We are looking for a caring, reliable, and experienced Senior Care Assistant to join our friendly team. Working within our small residential home, you will support residents with their daily needs while helping to maintain a warm, safe, and homely environment.
Responsibilities
- Providing high-quality care and support to residents
- Administering medication in accordance with policies and procedures
- Supporting and guiding care staff during shifts
- Maintaining accurate care records
- Promoting residents' dignity, independence, and wellbeing
- Liaising with families and healthcare professionals when required
Essential Requirements
- Previous experience in a senior care role
- Medication administration experience
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Compassionate, professional, and dependable approach to care
- Relevant care qualifications desirable
