Painter/Decorator – Join Phoenix Property Maintenance
Phoenix Property Maintenance is a growing, family-run business specializing in insurance repairs since 2016. We are looking for an experienced Painter/Decorator to join our expanding team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Surface Preparation: Clean and prep walls, ceilings, and woodwork (skirting, door frames, etc.).
- Wallpapering: Install high-grade and standard wallpapers with precision.
- Painting: Expertly paint various surfaces including walls, ceilings, kitchen units, and more.
- External Painting: Experience in painting outdoor surfaces such as fences, walls, and facades.
- Furniture & Fixture Handling: Move furniture and remove fixtures as needed for decorating.
- Attention to Detail: Maintain clean, mess-free workspace and deliver high-standard finishes.
- Most be able to install plaster coving all types
Requirements:
- 5+ years of professional painting/decorating experience (residential experience preferred).
- Valid driver's license (required).
- Own tools and equipment.
- Excellent customer service skills and a professional attitude.
