Location: Must reliably commute or plan to relocate to North/North-West London before starting.

The role: Reporting to the Chief Operations Officer, you will be responsible for processing invoices, filing expenses, assisting in financial queries, actioning payments run and all aspects of the accounting functions.
We're looking for: A reliable and experienced Finance/Accounts Assistant to join our team on a full-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is detailed-oriented, confident in client communications, and experienced in managing day to day financial tasks.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Administrative Support:
- Provide general admin support, such as managing creditors, ensuring payments are made in time, processing of incoming payments, reconciling invoices, resolving account queries.
2. Confidentiality & Discretion:
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Manage sensitive projects and tasks requiring confidentiality and a high level of trust.
3. Software Knowledge of payment & accounting platforms such as: Quickbooks, Xero, Dext, Paypal, Commercial Banking platforms
4. Communication management:
- Able to build relationships internally and externally with key stakeholders, ensuring timely communication and resolution of any issues.
- Communicating with clients and suppliers via email and telephone
- Providing support to the wider office team with financial tasks as required
5. Special Projects & Ad-hoc Duties:
- Provide support on special projects, tasks as assigned by the Senior/Executive team members
REQUIREMENTS
1. Experience:*
- Proven experience as a Junior Accountant, Finance Assistant, Bookkeeper, or in a similar role, preferably supporting C-suite leaders in Financial departments/sectors.
- Strong experience in managing complex and confidential information.
- Currerntly studying towards an accounting qualification (e.g. ACCA, AAT)

- Team player, as well as the ability to work autonomously and take initiative.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong business etiquette, written and verbal communication, and time management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Meticulous attention to detail, accuracy and problem-solving skills.
- High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential matters.
- Proactive with the ability to respond to last minute changes / requests.
- Positive, enthusiastic and the willingness to learn.
3. Other Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with executives, staff, and external stakeholders at all levels.
