Summary
We are seeking a skilled Jobbing Plumber to join our team in Kent This role is vital in ensuring the efficient delivery of plumbing services that support our company's mission of maintaining excellent property standards.
The work is on an as and when basis with you Organising work once sent to you . You will need your own vehicle . Millage and travel charge paid to you would apply . Invoices from you would be paid within 7-14days
Responsibilities
- repair, and maintain plumbing mainly in domestic properties . Including changing taps toilet related bathroom refits , radiator changes and general repairs.
- Use hand tools and power tools to carry out plumbing tasks efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members as needed.
- Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Diagnose plumbing issues accurately and provide effective solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed , materials used and associated records
- Assist in other property maintenance tasks as needed.
- Support the company's commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in plumbing installation and repair.
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and welding.
- Mechanical knowledge relevant to property maintenance.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely.
- Valid driving license for commercial driving tasks.
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
