The Role
This role supports the smooth operation of our Service department, ensuring that all of our customers receive a luxury customer experience through seamless administration. Your organisation and attention to detail will help maintain the high standards our customers expect from Porsche.
Your Responsibilities
· Manage service enquiries
· Handle service bookings, scheduling and diary management
· Maintain accurate customer and vehicle records
· Prepare service documentation
· Support the Service team with administrative tasks
· Ensure a premium customer experience at every touchpoint
· Job card creation in advance
· Warranties policies
· Training planning logistics and hotel bookings
· Job preparation for following day
· Managing Phone messages
· Creating weekly customer contact list
· Daily use of different computer systems and software
What We're Looking For
· Previous experience in a Service Administrator or similar role (automotive experience desirable)
· Excellent organisational and communication skills
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and dealership systems (DMS) desirable
· A passion for customer service and the Porsche brand
· A positive, professional and team-oriented attitude

Pay: £27,758.64 per year
