Your Main Responsibilities:
- Providing specialist SEN childcare and support for B3 with GDD, Speech delay, sensory processing & feeding challenges alongside a newborn.
- Planning and leading engaging, child-centred activities that support development and wellbeing
- Working collaboratively with the family and any professionals involved (e.g. SLT, OT, physio, nursery)
- If applicable: nursery duties such as children's meal prep, laundry and keeping the children's areas tidy
What We're Looking For (Requirements):
- 2+ years SEN childcare or therapeutic support experience (essential)
- 1-1 experience supporting development delay and sensory processing needs
- Full UK driving licence preferably with own car but not essential
- The right to work in the UK
