About the role
We are looking for someone practical, reliable and hands-on to help in our perfume manufacturing room based in Verwood, near Bournemouth.
The role will involve supporting the team with day-to-day production, stock movement, packing, stock checks and general warehouse/manufacturing tasks.
This would suit someone who is happy being on their feet, working as part of a small team, and getting stuck in wherever needed.
Main duties
· Helping move stock and materials around the manufacturing room
· Supporting with filling perfumes
· Packing off finished perfume products
· Labelling, checking and preparing products
· Helping with stock counts and general stock control
· Moving items between locations when required
· Keeping the workspace clean, tidy and organised
· Supporting the team with general ad hoc tasks
What we are looking for
· Reliable and punctual
· Practical and hands-on
· Good attention to detail
· Comfortable lifting and moving stock
· Able to work well in a small team
· Flexible and happy to help with different tasks
· Previous warehouse, production or packing experience would be useful, but not essential
Working hours
We can be really flexible with working hours and are happy to discuss days and times that work for the right person.
Role type
This is a self-employed role. The person will be responsible for managing their own tax and National Insurance.
Pay
Pay to be discussed depending on experience.
