We're an managed IT support provider based in Kettering, supporting businesses across the UK with everything from day-to-day IT support and cyber security to cloud solutions and communications.
What you'll be doing
As an IT Support Technician Apprentice, you'll work alongside our experienced engineers, gaining hands-on experience while studying towards your qualification.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Providing first-line IT support to our clients.
- Diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues.
- Setting up laptops, desktops and other IT equipment.
- Assisting with Microsoft 365 administration.
- Helping maintain networks and cloud-based systems.
- Logging and updating support tickets.
- Learning about cyber security best practices.
- Visiting client sites with senior engineers when required.
- Building your technical knowledge every day.

You'll be someone who:
- Has a genuine interest in IT and technology.

- Holds a full UK driving licence (or is working towards one) - desirable but not essential.

Pay: £20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
