We are a 30 bedded residential home care home for the elderly based in Ilminster.
We have been established for over 55 years and we pride ourselves on providing our residents with good quality care and support 24 hours a day.
We are looking to recruit a Care Assistant to join our team -working 28 hours per week over a 4 week rolling rota.
The post will include early, late and alternative weekend shifts. We are offering a competitive rate of pay and one weeks sick pay after the completion of 12 months service. Double time is paid on Christmas Day and Boxing Day.
Additional holiday entitlement accrued on all overtime hours worked.
Previous experience desirable but not essential as we will provide you with full
in house induction training and on going support from our own Training Manager.
