Dental Laboratory Administrator
Full-Time | Permanent | Bolton, Greater Manchester
An exciting opportunity to join our dental laboratory team!
We are looking for a reliable, organised and enthusiastic Dental Laboratory Administrator to join our busy laboratory in Bolton, Greater Manchester on a full-time, permanent basis.
The successful candidate will play an important role in the day-to-day administration of the laboratory, helping to ensure that cases are processed efficiently and that our customers receive an excellent level of service.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing incoming and outgoing dental laboratory cases
- Processing prescriptions and maintaining accurate records
- Liaising with dental practices, dentists and laboratory staff
- Answering telephone calls and responding to emails
- Booking couriers and coordinating deliveries and collections
- Updating case management systems and maintaining accurate patient/case information
- Preparing paperwork, invoices and other administrative documentation
- Monitoring case progress and communicating updates where required
- Supporting the laboratory team with general administrative duties
- Ensuring confidentiality and compliance with relevant procedures
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Confident communicating with customers and colleagues
- Professional, friendly and approachable
- Able to prioritise and manage a busy workload
- Comfortable using computers and standard office software
- Reliable, punctual and able to work effectively as part of a team
- Previous dental laboratory or dental industry experience would be advantageous, but is not essential
