We are a small but ambitious multi-outlet hospitality business with big plans for growth. We are looking for motivated Commis Chefs who want to learn, develop, and grow with us.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their culinary career who wants real hands-on experience in a busy, evolving kitchen environment.
What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting senior chefs with food preparation and service
- Learning multiple sections across the kitchen
- Preparing ingredients and basic dishes to specification
- Maintaining high standards of hygiene and organisation
- Supporting smooth service during busy periods
What we’re looking for:
- Passion for food and hospitality
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Good attention to detail
- Previous kitchen experience or culinary training is an advantage
