£28,007 per annum | 37 hours per week (some evening/weekend flexibility required) | Kettering & Corby or Wellingborough & East Northants (hybrid, including community venues) | Fixed term to June 2027 (extension planned to March 2029)
Support North Northants is a VCSE-led community wellbeing service. Our motto is simple: we don't give up on people. We bring together voluntary, statutory and private sector partners to ensure vulnerable people get the right support, first time — and only have to tell their story once.
You'll strengthen connections between local communities and support services, championing inclusive, person-centred approaches. Through proactive engagement and outreach, you'll connect with individuals and groups who face barriers to accessing services, raise awareness of available support, and ensure that seldom-heard community voices are heard and valued.
